The staff is efficient and knowledgeable about all matters regarding smartphone logistics and repairs. They were prompt with my screen and LCD repair job when I had a heat spot on my iPhone 5s and made my experience great! I highly recommend this shop for all your smartphone repair needs.
Very good service, quick turnaround from Michael and Brad made the 30 minute wait for a LCD and Digitizer repair feel like 5 minutes.
Don't go here. They don't even deserve one star. They replaced my daughter's iPhone screen. We left hurriedly only to find it wasn't working. We returned a few days later to find they would be happy to replace the screen again, offering a $5 discount because there was a tiny crack in the screen. After reading the reviews, seems like they are using cheap replacement parts so we can't be sure if the small crack was already there or the crappy part chipped easily. BEWARE of this place, the technicians are NOT apple certified! I was in Atlanta for a week, unfortunately I dropped my phone while I was there and needed my screen fixed ASAP. I found this place on yelp and they had great reviews and said they were apple certified. I had my boyfriend drop off my phone and they made him pay up front, which I thought was a little weird.
