Be aware that when Bob King GMC tells you they are "discounting" the price of a vehicle they actually mean they are stripping options off they vehicle that you thought you were negotiating. I have never in my life run in to something like this. Way to build good customer relations <----sarcasm. Thankfully they don't operate this way on the Mercedes side, I checked with my salesman there and he said that he'd never heard of such a tactic.
I came into Bob King Buick-GMC with an issue on my 2017 Buick Encore. Being from out of state and needing service on a brand new vehicle, I was lucky to find a dealership close by. The service department went out of their way to reassure, diagnose and get us back on the road. When we move south in the very near future, we will definitely use this dealership for our service needs.

I was greeted by Greg Lovell, the Assistant Service Manager. He and the entire staff, was friendly, courteous and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and well tended to by the Coffee Man "Mr. Joe." My appointment was on time and the scheduled maintenance went faster than I expected. Worst place I have ever dealt with concerning servicing your vehicle. Very poor customer service. Looking for a new vehicle...will not own another GMC (Acadia) product due to having to deal with this dealership.
