I gave one star only because I had too. Problem I had with my truck is that it would run rough when it rained. Bob put it on the computer and said I needed 8 plugs and 3 coils. So I paid him $500 to replace 8 plugs and 3 coils. Went to pick it up and Bob says it still has a slight miss but you wont notice it unless you're looking for it. I went and started the truck and it misfired so bad it shakes the engine. (this is the "slight miss you wont notice").
