DO NOT TAKE YOUR VOLKSWAGEN TO DORSCHEL FOR ANY TYPE OF REPAIRS! This is the most awful experience I have ever had. I took my car to them after getting t boned because they are a direct repair facility through my insurance. They lost my car a total of three times while it was there ( not to mention when they argued about a cc not being a model). Returned it to me the first time with tire prints down the side of it, scuffs and scratches all over, the mirror wasn't even fixed, all of this was already paid for by my insurance m... read more

Poor experience with repair department Brought my VW in for a check engine light. Replaced a sensor that eliminated the check engine light (temporarily), for about 30 miles. Then it came back on. Also, when I picked my car up the tachometer no longer was working, but it was working perfectly fine before I brought it in. So, brought car back a few days later to have check engine light fixed again, along with the new broken tachometer issue, plus inspection.
