The manager“Grant” Really puts forth The effort to make sure that his customers are well taken care of I ran into a problem that no other car dealership would have helped me with if I would have bought my car from them even if I would’ve bought it from another Bob Jhonson dealership, but he really went up and out of his way to make sure that my situation got handled without any questions. Horrible customer service. We were there for 5 hours they had us approved and let us leave just to call us back next 2 days and say we have to return vehicle due to financing issues when we provided all correct information. The dealership failed to work with there customer and find a bank . Horrible interaction. Would not recommend and also will be filing a complaint with the nys general

Bob Johnson Certified Collection Review: Beware! YOU are your only advocate. Although I liked the sales person, they exhibited behaviors that you'll find at any dealer. They want the sale and will do what's required to get it. I questioned some of the specifics they presented, and questioned some of the answers they provided, but dealers are dealers and I understood this before walking in.
