Bob Johnson Certified Collection Review: Beware! YOU are your only advocate. Although I liked the sales person, they exhibited behaviors that you'll find at any dealer. They want the sale and will do what's required to get it. I questioned some of the specifics they presented, and questioned some of the answers they provided, but dealers are dealers and I understood this before walking in. I just purchased a truck from this dealer and had a great experience. Paul Morreale was great to work with and made the entire experience excellent. I’ve never had such an easy and low stress time at a dealership. He helped me get the payment where I needed it to be and was very friendly and not pushy at all. I cannot say enough good things about Paul and how helpful he was getting me into a new vehicle.
Stay far away from these guys. Bought a car from there. Didn't even own it a year and the engine blew up (cracked block and collant leaked into block). Was quoted 10k on a replacement.They would not offer any help. Still dealthing with it 1year 6 months later...
