Horrible customer service. We were there for 5 hours they had us approved and let us leave just to call us back next 2 days and say we have to return vehicle due to financing issues when we provided all correct information. The dealership failed to work with there customer and find a bank . Horrible interaction. Would not recommend and also will be filing a complaint with the nys general

Bob Johnson Certified Collection Review: Beware! YOU are your only advocate. Although I liked the sales person, they exhibited behaviors that you'll find at any dealer. They want the sale and will do what's required to get it. I questioned some of the specifics they presented, and questioned some of the answers they provided, but dealers are dealers and I understood this before walking in.
