I'm new to Rochester and Suzuki caught up with me on 3 minor recalls. It's 10+ years old and it's time for an upgrade. I gave Marketplace a call and scheduled a service appointment for the recall. Just Imagine being told: "Your best option for this car now is a gas can and a lighter". That was the response from a Mazda employee after I pleadingly asked what to do about the position I have been put in by these predators at Marketplace Mazda. I'm stuck paying $4,000 over KBB for a car with worsening issues. Each time I bring it in I am told there is nothing wrong. The last time I was bluntly told " JUST DRIVE IT".
