Really good experience with Joel and Jerry, very helpful and customer centered. I do note however a change in the overall dynamics of the place. Seems like less customer interaction in the waiting room than before. The service desk was in darkness while we were there with no one available to ask questions of...strange!
Great experience, helpful employees ordered the parts and got them in the time quoted and called me to let me know they were in stock.
