I bought my car from Bob Johnson Ford in Pulaski. The experience went smooth and I was thrilled. However, after only owning it for four months, I had to take it in for an alignment and two new tires in the rear. Someone had done a faulty alignment on the rear. Came into to check out a Ford Transit in Carbonized Grey. Paul really helped me out. Made sure the vehicle was clean and staged in front ready for me to check out. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even showed me several other Transits in the same model I wanted in different colors. He was very kind and didn’t pressure me into anything. I didn’t buy anything but left with the information I needed.
Dave Biggs was great to work with. He had everything ready when we arrived to purchase my truck. He answered all my questions.
