Horrible Service. These folks had my van for over a week for the third time to fix an issue. They still dont know what is wrong and they are guessing. Calling me saying they need to drive my van to another location to test it.
I wouldn't return to this dealership if it was the last in WNY, I was treated with an absurd level of disrespect and have never been so talked down to in my life. I was told the problem, water in the back of the roof of my 2019 Ram, was likely caused by the rear window and was explicitly told that it isn't covered under the bumper-to-bumper service contract.
