Serviced for tire rotation and oil change. Informed them I was disabled with nerve damage and it was painful for me to wait to long. 2 hours later it was done and so was I ...in complete pain. 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with request? Then to top it off, I had to return two days later and have them recalibrate the tire air pressure sensor as the HUD was showing a fault because they didn't do it in the first place. Horrible service this time.
Bought my second vehicle from Bob Johnson last week. Was just as great of a process the second time as it was the first. HUGE thanks to Frank Destefano for being a solid rockstar!
I haven't purchased a new car in many years and my experience at Bob Chevorlet was exceptionally good. If I didnt understand something my salesman, Joe LaVerde was more than happy to explain it to me. I did not feel like I was being "upsold" anything or pressured. They give you all the time you need to make a decision. I am very satisfied with my car and my sales experience.
Leasing my very first car seemed like a daunting task. Would I qualify for a loan? Could I find a car in my price range that coincided with my style? But my biggest concern was: Am I going to be given the typical car salesmen speech and get ripped off? After 3 weeks of having my car the dealer still has not fixed it. In fact after suspending the tech that pulled my motor apart and not calling me for 6 days to tell me, they told me he left due to a family emergency, luckily ik several workers there that had kept me in the loop on the status of the vehicle. I never recommend ever getting car work or purchasing a car through them
