Bob Johnson isn’t the biggest and the best out of luck. They hire the absolute best people from Sales to service and everyone in between. Len Zaccaglino is the only car salesman I continue to go back to. We have now purchased 5 family vehicles from him and I wouldn’t consider buying from anyone else.
Service department has always been great to deal with. Always keeping me in the loop with meaningful updates when my vehicle is in service. Andy is usually my main service advisor, he handles all my service requests professionally. In general, everyone is always courteous and willing to explain in details any issues or concerns.
