If I could give them no stars I would. The service center is a complete joke. I ordered an ecm and scheduled an appointment to have them replace the Ecm and program it. When it came time for my appointment they called me to tell me “that’s not how they do things” and that they have to diagnosis my truck themselves before they replace the ecm. Then they proceed to tell me that my transmission lines are leaking and they need to replace them for $500 because apparently that’s going to make my truck not run like shit anymore? I ... read more
