Ezra is very friendly, and I can tell he wants to do more. Unfortunately he must have a very domineering boss, who is clearly not a people person. Could tell there was oil burning from the first test drive. Said they couldn't find anything in the inspection. Its literally dripping oil onto the scalding hot exhaust manifold. All I had to do was open the hood and see it dripping and creating smoke. An absolute fire hazard.
