I can't get through to a complain about the service I had. Bob Johnson didn't do the job they were supposed to do. I went for service which the service agent told me that nowhere in my manual does it say my doors lock on the way out of my car, I don't think that is true because when I leave the car, it clicks like a lock but doesn't lock, and I have to lock the car from fob., but it opens when moving away from the vehicle.
