Easy to work with. Erin understood my request and made my experience great. they looked over the truck and made sure the left rear was fine. did not over charge me or sell me something I did not need. Which is the fear whenever you take your vehicle for service someplace in today's world. They, Bob Jass Chevy, are very fair and honest. I bought all my trucks for my business from them, and all my family members have purchase from them as well. I/we would not purchase my chevy from any other dealer.
