Was in an emergency and a new tyre was $149. I paid $100 as was all I had on me at the time, asked if they would invoice me in my circumstances the $49 to pay Monday at start of business hours and they threatened to keep my car. Fortunately a gentleman who saw I was in a state of distress came to my aid and paid the $49 to be able to gain keys back for my vehicle. After my father had been a loyal customer for many years I was very unhappy and left quite shaken. I doubt I will return.
