Just came in to get a free nitrogen check. Employee was friendly and checked the tyre pressures (all down about 3psi over 6 weeks, so very happy with that!) and checked over my tyres. Tyres at 88 000kms, wearing evenly, with tread to spare, so travelling nicely. Another testament to regular rotations and nitrogen inflation. Thank you!
Customer service was truly above and beyond. This morning, I had my tyres serviced, and after the payment, Ram took the time to explain all the work that had been completed on my four tyres. Before I left the shop, Ram advised me that if I had any concerns with the steering wheel, I should come back and they would rectify the issue. After driving my Ute, I noticed that the steering wheel was not centred. I contacted the shop and spoke with Ram to ask when I could bring the car back. Very professional service and polite staff. Got rotation and wheel balancing done. They rotated the tyre as well. The forgot to tell them to not rotate the tyres. Went back a week later to them to rotate it back and they did it free of cost. Additionally they did it last minute i went to the shop at 4:30, yet they managed to do it without any fuss straight away. Definitely recommend them for everyone.
