Recently had a puncture fixed by Bob Jane Ringwood. I was delighted that they fitted me in at short notice, as I had to drive from Melbourne to Albury. The service was very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Despite a bit of confusion and messing around, the Manager honoured a deal that apparently lost them money - I was glad that they didn't shift the pain to me, but instead wore it in order to honour a promise. I obviously got a great deal, but more importantly they earned my respect. The alternative was to wash their hands of it and instead put me in a predicament, so I was glad they didn't take the easy way out. Will be back again next time (and happy to pay the correct price).
Ricky was attentive and kind to my questions for a purchase of a set of tires. I would come back again.
Have been coming here since I was 18. On a Saturday arvo Rickie got me in to fix a valve recently, literally at closing time, an absolute legend. No nonsense, easy to deal with crew.
Got caught with the old bait&switch. Needed new tyres. Found cheap at CostCo, but wanted to support local business. Told Bob Jane the price, they looked it up, agreed and brought the car in. Upon pickup, they informed that as there was a nationwide systems-upgrade for Michelin tyres that week, there was no longer any ‘available’ at Costco and they wouldn’t be honoring the Costco price - and therefore had to increase the price versus what we agreed, despite the CostCo price showing on CostCo site.
