My car was towed to them over night as I had a flat tyre. They not only fitted me in first thing in the morning but they had the tyre fitted within 20 minutes and did not over charge me. I would 100% recommend it was great service and great price.
These guys left one of my hubcaps off and then when I went back Irfan offered no apology and even had the audacity to tell me it must have fallen off when I was driving it. I had the car checked over by a mechanic and they have damaged another one of the hubcaps and it was going to fall off as well, so that leaves me with two. Mistakes happen, you could have at least offered a voucher or at the very least an apology but to try and turn it around say it fell off when I was driving, appalling. I asked for a price match with Costco in store prior to payment and they refused to offer, seemingly making up different excuses on the spot when I challenged them as to why. I paid anyway and submitted a complaint thereafter to better understand the reasons for refusal. That was one month ago and am yet to hear back. On the same 4 tyres, fitted, Costco was $200 cheaper.
