Replaced rear tyres on 1 SeriesBMW (staggered fit), tried to swap them to the front, scraped the rims trying to move the car (horrific sound). They couldn't work out what they'd done until I told them!! Then they did two wheel alignments and got it wrong. Took it back the following day for them to get it wrong AGAIN!! +24mm toe on the rear, -8mm toe on the front. The car wanted to do donuts driving straight down the road. These guys are completely bereft of knowledge when it comes to fitting tyres and doing wheel alignments.... read more
