Went there a couple of weeks ago, The boys that use to be there have gone they were brilliant. The Manager there now was rude and abrupt. I Just wanted a tyre checked for potential puncture before going up the mountains, got told by the manager he could check in around two hours but he told me it’s a Chery problem.. There were two younger looked like kids working on punctures, they didn’t look busy and the boss in office. It wasn’t a Chery problem at all it was a screw in the tyre … guess I won’t be going back there.
Pretty good 18 month long life tyre plan service on my car will come again in 6 mths 10/10 normally I go to granville thanks again penrith
I bought 2 new wheels and had a wheel alignment done late last year. When I went to rotate my tires there was a huge tear on the inside of my tires from a terrible wheel alignment job done by the worker there. I can’t remember his name but he was a tall white man with brown hair and a moustache (I know it’s a great description). Anyways, don’t waste your money and time at this place. IF you need this franchise then Granville is amazing but this…. tsktsktsk, no good.
