What's the point of having a head office when all you do is tell your customers to direct their calls to your franchisee store? Firstly, these people dont ever pick up their calls, I had to call in multiple times before someone finally pick up the call. This person have zero customer service, replied in an arrogant tone. Had an extremely rude encounter with a support officer, who was nothing but condescending and arrogant when I was trying to explain my price matching dispute with a local store. He kept telling me to have the discussion with the store manager, but I was calling them because I had already had a failed discussion with the store manager. I made a purchase at Bob Jane T-Marts on BlackFriday sales for 4 tyres and after 3 weeks I received a call from the local store that they can't get the tyres. At that point I was able to buy the tyre with same price across 2 other retailers but I trusted Bob Jan.
