Absolute joke. Called Tuesday discussed requirements as it's a big vehicle. Ordered tyres went to appointment just to be told it can't be done. On hold for 15 minutes to complaints department just to be cut off. Either want the business or not. Would give 0 if I could.
I called up for a replacement tire via the national call centre, they assured me that they had the tyre I was after and booked me in at the Newcastle store. I rocked up at midday (the time they told me to come in at) and they didn't know anything about it nor did they have the manpower to do the job that day. Classic example of left hand not talking to the right. Even the guy behind the counter was taking the Micky out of the call centre.
Noone answers the phone
What's the point of having a head office when all you do is tell your customers to direct their calls to your franchisee store? Firstly, these people dont ever pick up their calls, I had to call in multiple times before someone finally pick up the call. This person have zero customer service, replied in an arrogant tone.
