Great service from Pete for finding wheels for my 66 mustang. No other tyre shop was interested in helping me. They said it is too hard. But Peter got it spot on. Highly recommend bob jane joondalup for your hard to find wheel fitmennts especially Peter's knowledge
I've got my last few sets of tyres for both my car and the wife's car through Bob Jane Joondalup. Marius and the team are great to deal with and looked after me really well on my last set where there was a bit of an issue with a price match enquiry that I'd submitted where the deal had ended with Yokohama during the time I'd lodged the price match request. Marius went over and above to contact Yokohama and come to a solution which was greatly appreciated.
We always receive excellent service from Bob Jane Joondalup. The team is professional, honest and efficient every single time. We do all our tyres through them and they have never let us down. They’re knowledgeable, give great advice, and the turnaround time is always quick — which is so important for us. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and friendly service!
The english guy has no idea of customer requirements or service. Very arrogant and confronting. Will not be back. Have been a loyal customer with tony since 1994 and will go to another store.
