Very disappointed with my recent experience at Bob Jane T-Marts Hobart. The wheel alignment was not done properly, which suggests the work was either rushed or lacked the necessary attention. On top of that, one of my tyres was never balanced, yet I was still charged as though the job had been completed. To make matters worse, they repaired a puncture on one of my tyres without first asking for my approval. I only found out afterwards, which is completely unacceptable. The guys were fantastic and very knowledgeable. Whilst very busy they managed to squeeze us in as our tyre had bulged and was dangerous to drive. Thanks everyone for your help.
Not at all happy with the service. The wheel alignment was based on the incorrect vehicle model. I phoned and the guy said bring it in , our mistake. Took it in, the wheel alignment technician said he didn't have factory settings for my car even though it is 3 years old. So I had to assume the wheel alignment was ok. He denied my claim that someone at the store said there were details which revealed an error. He was abrupt and verging upon rude. To add insult to injury I had a tyre that had only 1000 klm of wear which I aske... read more
I had 2 cars booked in for 1pm, 1 of the cars only needed a puncture repair and the other needed 2 new front tires quick job you’d think. I expected a phone call around 2:30pm saying they were ready didn’t get it i went in at 2:50pm and they hadn’t even started changing over the tires it ended up being ready at 3:30pm.
