The rating should be negative 5 stars. I go in for a simple screw to be removed from a tyre, not shown any evidence of the removed tyre, they tried to sell me 4 new tyres when the car already had 2 new tyres. I agreed to two new tyres reluctantly, I asked for rotation and wheel balance. They clipped the brake line leaving me with no brakes, did not rotate the tyres I have to buy the Brake Fluid myself which leaked the whole reservoir. shout out to Sam, Lucas, Zane and the other boys at bob jane always helping me out! Last time they helped me with price matching me the best tyre deals. This time they were able to help me with the clunking in my rear suspension, camber toe and aligned my car to perfection. Love their works and will be back very soon :)
The service that is provided at this store is poor in my opinion. I booked a tyre puncture repair for 9:30am this morning (22/10) only for them to start working on it at 12 after serving 5 customers before me. I guess the above review about them not caring since they make no money was right. Except they did make money, lots of it, $325 as the puncture was supposedly in an unrepairable location. These guys just waste your time for 5 mins job . Even if you book with them a day before, they just waste your time so I don’t recommend this place to any one .
Unprofessional and over 1 hour late. Time is money and they don’t clearly care about their customers time or money.
