Poor customer service came in today to get a repair on a flat tyre, even though it was off a tractor. No acknowledgement we i walk in stood there for 10 mins . When i asked could this get repaired got told to busy would have to take the tyre off the rim and this would take to much time up.. Drove to Bridgestone around the corner the guy came out took the tyre off me repaired it straight away took no more the 5 mins charged nothing.....shows there is still great customer service around. I went to check the tyre pressure in our car because it was feeling the bumps a bit more than normal. The guys were very helpful and friendly, checked the pressure for me as I have some mobility issues, put it at the right pressure and explained the proper range for me, free of charge. I really appreciated their help and would have no hesitation in going back there for any issues I have in the future. Thank you!
