Bob Jane Cooparoo was my to go tyre place when I had a problem. But today I felt treated like a child, when I asked the mechanic a simple question about which air pressure he used filling up my tyres (2 of them new). His response was, he is not allowed to speak to me, being a customer. Management forbits them to do that.
Terrible customer service. I walked in to ask for help with a tyre replacement, and the young staff member spoke to me in an insulting and condescending way at every opportunity. His attitude was completely unprofessional, and the way he looked down on me was unsettling. I left feeling disrespected and genuinely uncomfortable. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
Online booking confirmed tyres were stocked at Coorparoo store. Follow-up confirmation email was also sent from the store for the booking made several days prior. Still, it took them 1hr after leaving the car at the store to find out tyres aren't in stock. Following this, they were unable to provide any confirmation/documentation about refund. Very poor experience.
