The entire team was so friendly and helpful. I called up on the Friday (having put off getting my tires checked for way too long) and I was booked in for first thing Saturday morning. They did a quick check and gave me an accurate quote for cost. Their estimated completion time was accurate too. Will definitely be back, thanks team it’s been great driving on functional tires again.
Pretty ordinary service when shopping for new wheels. Sales assistant told me he’d do a search and get back to me. Told me that he should be able to find something good within my budget. Called back next day and said no luck. Weird as I expected BJ would have access to a whole range of options. Have bought tyres from these guys before so figured wheels would be easy too. So I went to TyrePower and got what I needed.
Absolutely satisfying experience I had while fitting tyres with wheel alignment. The service was very well-tailored and professional. I would undoubtedly recommend this place for any service they offer..
The actual booking of tyres and the process to have them fitted was great. What didn’t happen was I was not informed of the tyre care plan after. I found out by survey asking how my booking when. I received no log book for the plan, no information about the free safety and inspection checks, no info about free rotation and battery checks. That part is disappointing.
