These guys are absolute legends. Called Bob regarding the installation of TPMS sensors onto my aftermarket wheels, was told it can done (while other tyre shops were confused) and they got the job done within the proposed time frame. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and polite. Bob, Paul and his team are all very nice and easy to deal with. You guys have a new happy customer moving forward. I will definitely come back!
When I drove my car in the morning I heard an unusual noise, a message on the screen told me need to check the tyre pressure. I went to this closest shop, Bob Jane T-Marts Box Hill, they helped me straight away, when I got my car back, I was told free of charge because they only needed to patch the tyre. I have never seen a shop like this especially nowadays when things are so expensive. The car has been fine since. They saved my day. Thank you. I’ll come back for my next tyre change for sure.

Took my car in to get some new tyres changed at 10:55am, 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 11am yesterday. The gentleman at the front was pleasant, mentioning it would take between 90-120 minutes to change the tyres/alignment. After walking around Box Hill for a few hours i went back into the shop at 1:15pm to check in as i had not heard from the shop. I was then advised it would be ready within 30 minutes.
