I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience at Bob Jane T-Mart Box Hill. They installed my right front tyre in the wrong direction — something that should never happen if the job is done professionally. This is not a “small mistake” as the manager claimed. For a directional tyre, installing it backwards is dangerous, especially on the front wheel. It affects braking, stability, and wet-road safety.
