Amazing service from Brett and the team at Bob Jane T-Marts Beenleigh. I drove in today needing four new Pirelli tyres for my Subaru and was so impressed. The exact tyres I wanted were in stock, and even though I didn’t have a booking, Brett was able to fit me in straight away. The whole process only took about an hour, which was fantastic. There was also an issue found with one of my wheel studs, and Brett phoned me straight away, explained the situation clearly, and had it sorted without any fuss. These guys are rude and useless. They cannot manage there bookings at all. Go to another shop. Having read your other reviews, do not come back with lip service not interested.
