I had called the store on a Saturday morning hoping to be squeezed in for a new set of tyres to be installed. I spoke to Charlie who was professional and straight to the point. Upon arriving in store, I spoke to another gentleman who stated they had no stock of the tyres I wanted however they could go grab them at the warehouse which could take longer. Customer service was rude, they installed the tyre sensors back incorrectly causing me to go back 3 times and very long wait times. I would not recommend this bob jane branch.
