Our experience was extremely favorable, enjoyable and successful! We consulted with James Knurek late November 2023, inquiring as to remodel, changes or improvements necessary before a spring sale. We were surprised there were only a couple items to address and his advice regarding the market and to list early in the new year due to lower inventory, was spot on. James was very professional at all times. He met with my wife and I and told us as to what needed to be changed or fixed in our house . This changed the look and the value of our house. He knew the market of our area, and he was able to price our house to where people would be interested. He was able to get the best price for us in a very short period of time (5 days). The closing went without a hitch and we had everything done within 5 weeks.
