I worked with Tom last year and he was very helpful. We changed our minds a few times and he kept redrafting ideas for us. When we finally had a plan, the installation team was prompt and polite. Tom checked in with us a few times afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I had concerns about a tree we put in not surviving but Tom answered all my questions and found treatments to ensure it would survive. I am happy to say the tree did survive and has new buds on it this season.
The BJL group was super professional and knowledgeable. We were first-time homeowners looking for guidance on landscaping a courtyard area that lacks sunlight. The design interactions were friendly and patient as we iterated on some options. They planted a first pass, some plants didn't pan out, and they did a complimentary replacement that worked better. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after their work.

The BJL team, from design, hardscaping, landscaping, and gardening/maintenance services is first rate. The team is very responsive, installs on time, and provides excellent ongoing service and maintenance. We have been very pleased with the results at our property in Easton.
