This guy has zero communications with me about his inability to perform a cost analysis on a casino resort property. He used comps that were not apples to apples to my property. He was given an appraisal from 2022 that showed the cost analysis of my land valued at $225,000. What does he do, he gives my land zero value and stated in the appraisal that "It would not be prudent at this time to make an adjustment for a potential casino.
