very poor service left after 5 min without 1 of the 3 people who saw us even acknowledged us, and was very slow day

I was so upset tonight at your restaurant! I came in with my daughter and grandchildren, who are visiting from Colorado. I ordered and also asked for a large ice water. I am currently dealing with chemo and when I ask for water, it means I need it bad! I waited a few min and started to eat my dessert, went back up and waited again only to have 2 girls ask me what I wanted, walk in the back and ignore me . The frozen custard was great even though our order was wrong. The service from the girl at the register and the girls who brought us our treats was awful. It wasn't especially busy although it was hot, but they were incredibly rude. I was disappointed how unwelcome I felt because I had been looking forward to visiting for my first time.
As if the food wasn't amazing enough... then we got ice cream for dessert . It was even more amazing stuff.
My sundae was delicious! Very satisfying! Will be visiting again when we go back to Petoskey😃
