BoB Howard Toyota Service Center – Deeply Disappointed and Concerned I’m writing this review to warn others about a serious issue I experienced at BoB Howard Toyota’s Service Center. Awesome place to do business! Bought my Hylander there, have gotten parts there, all my service done at Bob Howard ! Great people and great service!

I work for a collision center and they had a part available that no one else does. I needed to confirm that the part was undamaged before placing the order since I could not return it and it was being shipped multiple states. I was told by the parts department that they did not have time to confirm the part was undamaged so I could not purchase it. Very rude and not wanting to help at all.
