BoB Howard Toyota Service Center – Deeply Disappointed and Concerned I’m writing this review to warn others about a serious issue I experienced at BoB Howard Toyota’s Service Center. I took my vehicle in only for a routine engine oil change and explicitly told the staff not to perform any additional inspections or services. Awesome place to do business! Bought my Hylander there, have gotten parts there, all my service done at Bob Howard ! Great people and great service!

I work for a collision center and they had a part available that no one else does. I needed to confirm that the part was undamaged before placing the order since I could not return it and it was being shipped multiple states. I was told by the parts department that they did not have time to confirm the part was undamaged so I could not purchase it. Very rude and not wanting to help at all.
