Bob Howard advertised a RAM truck at $39,420 as the screen shot below shows. However, when I went in to make the deal, the price they quoted was $43,518. They said the advertised price was wrong and they would not honor it. No surprises there. If their lips are moving, they are lying.
One of the best car buying experiences EVER! I worked with Hayden and Scott and they were both incredibly professional. I did not feel pressured or undermined and was given ample time to make a decision. We purchased a brand New Grand Wagoneer. We also have 4 children which is the reason we decided on this vehicle. The car overheated and AC stopped working mind you the crazy hot weather and children we needed to get this vehicle in for service immediately. Called in made an apt for 2:30 given that was an available time for us to book the service. My wife arrives to the scheduled apt and was greeted by a man named DAVID in service. I would’ve given this dealership no stars but I had to select at least one to write this review. My experience here was absolutely terrible and I get very disappointed more and more I think about it. I put my interested in online about a specific jeep and got sold a completely different one. They definitely did a bait and swap and I only noticed before signing and looking at the vins.
