I would’ve given this dealership no stars but I had to select at least one to write this review. My experience here was absolutely terrible and I get very disappointed more and more I think about it. I put my interested in online about a specific jeep and got sold a completely different one. They definitely did a bait and swap and I only noticed before signing and looking at the vins. I bought a jeep last year and had a safety recall. I went to 2 dealers. The first one ordered parts for 6 months and without contact me. I called them several times and service department transferred me to parts department! The parts department said the part sit there for 6 months. This dealer told me I have to drive more miles to get oil change and recall done at same time. I called the headquarters, they told me that I should not drive it due to safety concerns. Bob Howard does a great job with luring you in with low prices and a great sales pitch but that is where it stops! I drove from Houston, Texas to purchase a Grand Cherokee Summit L from Bob Howard in March of 2023, due to their competitive pricing but I learned a very expensive lesson with this purchase! "Never leave your hometown or state to purchase a new vehicle!" I'm a huge fan of the Jeep brand but this one was one of the bad apples.
