Great experience start to finish. I have been working with Sales rep. Alvin Bradley for several years on multiple deals. Alvin understands the true meaning of customer service! No is not in his vocabulary, he truly knows how to put a deal together between his team and the customer. Several dodge dealers in the area but the customer service will keep me coming back to this one. Mr. Bradley would make a great GM.
Worked with James the salesman at ram dealer and he really was there for me all the time and so did my sales manager Daulton. Both the kind of guys I would like to have working for me. Not just during the sale but after the sale too. Thanks guys
Went in for pm service and Josh was my advisor. Josh did a good job for being newer. Did have an issue with the price from the estimate to the check out price, but they made it right and handled the situation very professionally.
