I purchased my 2021 Ram from this place and yet I can never get a loner vehicle, this time they had my truck for over 5 weeks and even then they only got to it because I was complaining about how much the rent a truck was costing me. And when I got it back I had a few new scratches on my truck and dirty grease spots on it where they just tried to wipe it off, screws that were loose etc. On a positive note they did do most of the repairs and three other Dodge dealers (El Reno, Yukon, Chickasha) broke more than they fixed!
Matt was so helpful and got us into the perfect car!
