Worst experience ever. After weeks of research, I finally settled on the exact truck I was going to buy. They have the one in stock and I walked up to the door with a blank check only to find a "No Gun" sticker on the door. I will not buy from a company that ignorantly believes that a sticker stops crime. I was turning around when a salesman came out. I told him I'd take my business elsewhere and my reasons for my decision. He said the sticker was there so they "wouldn't get shot". I think it's sad someone actually believes ... read more
My experience was awesome. The person that checked my husband in even helped him install the carseat. Also, my vehicle was cleaned and washed when I picked it up, which it needed, because it was filthy. I`m always very impressed with the customer service that we receive at Bob Howard.
