In my 30 years of purchasing cars I have never had a worse experience and I don’t even have a car to show for it. It pains me to even give them 1 star but that is the only way I can leave the review. Mr. Wood will respond to this (as he does all of his negative reviews) and give the appearance that he cares and would like to rectify the situation, but let me assure you we have emailed him and left multiple voice messages for him and he does not respond.
