I called the dealership to get my car recall taken care of- it seemed to be without issue- then I received a call the morning of the appointment telling me I could not schedule for months and that I had not called the dealership but a call center! The person was rude and condescending acting like it was my fault- when i called the number listed on the website. If there were ANY other acura dealerships anywhere close I would definitely go there. I can only hope the actual service department is not as difficult as scheduling.
