Great car buying experience! We knew before arriving at the Acura lot which vehicle we were there to look at on Saturday. Our salesman Timmy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle took the time to explain the vehicle features before sending us on a test drive. This is a lost art of knowing the vehicle that you are interested in and taking time to explaining the features to you, not just throwing you the keys and saying let me know what you think?!?! My salesman Timmy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and helpful and easy to work with on negotiating the purchase price of the car.
Took my 2021 Acura TLX in for service in August of 2025. There was an issue with the electrical for my door sensor. It was reading it as open at all times. After all was said and done the repair was around $800. Fast forward to June 2026 (10 months later) and we got a heavy rain and the exact same issue came up. Door sensor reading as always open.
