William Dabney was a joy to work with. I found the car using the Bob Hook website. When I called he was pleasant when we started the buying process and discussing the specifics of this car. When I arrived at a Bob Hook he was Patient with me as he showed and taught me about the “bells and whistles “ as well as the basic things. We went over the car together. They have had our vehicle four days - they still haven’t been able to diagnose what is wrong with it. The excuse? Can’t expect a young guy in his 20s to figure it out when it might be electrical! That’s not my problem! FOUR DAYS and no one can figure out what the problem is!!!??? Are you kidding me??? I paid for a full warranty and now I haven’t had a vehicle all week and they won’t offer a rental until they know the problem. REALLY?!?! 😡

Such a great and easy experience! Everyone was exceptionally nice especially Colleen VanHouten and Jason Dugger. Colleen was very thorough and made sure any questions or concerns were answered. I will definitely be coming back for any other car needs!
