I walked in to Bob Hook Chevrolet a few days ago, with just an idea of what I wanted for a vehicle and a budget I planned to stick with. Max Minzenberger was so professional, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I wanted! Max even helped facilitate getting price estimates and starting the process of me buying a vehicle on his day off from work. Overall, I had a great experience and they made sure I got an SUV I loved that was within my budget. Thanks again!
wonderful customer service. I actually bought my Colorado in Tx the service people are awesome they have done all my oil changes and tire rotations. They have even sat down with me to explain what needs to be done around $45,000 miles to make sure i know exactly what needs to be done. very informative. My daughter just bought her new car from here. Colleen has been wonderful. She was able to answer all my questions. She even helped my daughter out so she wouldn't get into a bad investment. Most car places could care less.

Fantastic customer service! I was actually discouraged but went in and was brought to a pleasant surprise when my salesman Bill took charge and told me I was done.
