RecommendedI had my first appointment with Bob Holzman last week. He was highly recommended by my daughter, a triathlete, and he alleviated my back spasms in the first 30 minutes. The second session I left feeling about 10 years younger as he worked out issues I didn’t realize were there! I just had my first session and it will not be my last. It was a great experience and he helped me feel so much better. He was able to relieve tight muscles I never knew I had. I walked outed feel amazing, never had such a experience like this. I highly recommend Bob for your needs...
Wow! That is all. Just kidding, Bob is great at what he does. Has a great awareness and interest in helping you move better. As an adult athlete, I should be doing this more. Now that I’ve found my spot I’ll be getting more regular tune ups. I chose Bob through some recommendations and in knowing that he specializes in sports and orthopedic massage. I would certainly pass along the recommendation to others.
Felt at ease. Quaint, and cozy place. Excellent massage. Could not have enjoyed and benefited from the massage if I had not felt at ease.
Bob is hands down among one of the best therapists and most honest sincere humans I have ever worked with and his infinite pool of knowledge(and will to learn) and phenomenal trouble-shooting skills allow him to address a vast ordeal of disorders/pathologies and musculo-skeletal dysfunction.His MFR work gives Rolfing a run!
