I would recommend this car dealership to anyone. They are the best. Ned came and picked me up and brought me there all the way from Arab to get a key made for my car. I have dyslexia so I don't know how to get to and from. Craig drove me back. The people there are so kind the customer service is outstanding! Everyone made me feel like a queen while I was waiting! Ned Jones in the Service Department did an A+ job handling the maintenance of my Silverado. He was professional, courteous, honest, and got the job done well and on the schedule he estimated. You don't always know what you're going to get with a new service provider, but was top shelf. I will definitely be returning to G'ville Chevy for my future maintenance.
