Great team at Chevrolet of Guntersville. Michael Maxfield was my salesman. Easy to talk to and a good sense of the business. Next would be the finance man Moody Qatta. Hard job getting a customer at ease signing all those papers but he did well and with a sense of humor. Next Michael took me on tour of the dealership where I met Ned Jones in the service department. He let me know what was next for my new truck. Nice young man. All and all a great day . Job well done Chevrolet of Guntersville
My service advisor Kevin was very courteous and got my vehicle in as soon as I walked in the door. The service was very quick, i received updates on the status of my vehicle service and I was out the door in no time.
Sales staff was very courteous. Chase Bowen made the buying experience not so stressful, never felt pressured, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.
Worst experience with a car dealership to date. We purchase 6-7 new cars a year. A two minute phone call with Samyra Haney on Friday reminded me why this dealership has never earned my business and will never earn my business. Totally incompetent. Too many other dealerships within a 150 mile radius that know what they are doing and are well versed in the business.
