Very good and friendly people
Update: they fixed my radio. Chevy sent a OTA update to my infotainment center and totally crashed it. I made an appointment for diagnosis and for a rental for 330 today and they call to tell me they 1. Don’t have a rental 2. Don’t reserve rentals 3. I need to leave my truck because a diagnosis “could take several hours and my appointment was so late in the afternoon”. Horrible experience
Once again, Guntersville Chevrolet went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They performed superb quality maintenance on my car. During maintenance they found some minor issues and repaired those also including a recent recall issue. Guntersville Chevrolet also detailed my car after maintenance and made it hurt to look at because of the bright shine reflecting off the super clean vehicle.
