I’ve been to many different dealerships over the years. This by far is the one that focuses on the customer experience the most. Kevin was extremely helpful, explained all of the services that they were considering for my 60,000 mile check and was not at all pushy to get things done that were unnecessary. Clay went out of his way to check on things and was an absolute delight to test drive with. Don was also excellent and they didn't push me to what to chose, would definitely trade here again but loving the Outback, so not trading soon
I would not buy from these people! I took my son's with me to test drive a car. They both found issues with the vehicle. I had looked at a Honda previously and they were seeing if they could get the payments where I was wanting them the man ( I won't say his name) had the total at a little over 24,000. The payment was close to where I wanted it but still not there my oldest son looked and he had raised the price to over 25,000.
