Not very impressed 4 months in, was told things would be fixed prior to moving in. We looked at the house in July and August to move in October 1st, virtually nothing they said would be done got done. We had to go through background checks, and credit checks, and leave a deposit, I expect a better situation if you’re vesting tenants that deep. The house stunk of cigarettes with yellowing all over every wall, rear steps were unsafe until I fixed them, both showers leaked hot water which they didn’t fix, grass was about a foot... read more
