I needed to find renter's insurance. I was contacted by a young lady named Jessica De La Caridad at State Farm. I have never needed to get insurance on my own before & had no idea what I was getting into. Jessica was truly one of the loveliest & most helpful people I have ever dealt with. I'm no youngster & I had a million questions. She answered every one of them without talking down to me or making me feel stupid. I'm going to need auto insurance in the next couple of months & I definitely will be contacting Jessica.
Bob quickly responded to my questions and needs. His asst Christine is absolutely amazing - no BS type of a lady, honest, straightforward in asking the right questions. Bob has surrounded himself with very talented folks. I worked long and hard to find the chemistry.
