Waiting time to be assisted at the checkout counter was the disappointment here, the young guy (who was great)was on his own but stuck with a customer and the queue kept building up while the girls at the back were oblivious and packing things away while talking about their weekend and would not prioritise customers waiting in the queue even when asked if we could be assisted to pay and leave .
