We think the coupons you send us are a gimmick. Didn't appreciate that you already gave us the "special" and then we couldn't use the coupon as well. Feels a bit shady.
Would never take a vehicle here for any more than an oil change. They tried to charge me almost $400 to diagnose and replace a $35 relay that would take literally less than 5 minutes to replace. They charged me a higher diagnostic fee because my truck is a diesel even though this particular issue had nothing to do with the diesel engine part of the vehicle. I asked them to reduce the diagnostic fee, instead they said they would reduce the total cost of the repair if I went ahead and had them do it. Basically trying to bait m... read more
The employees were very professional, and the work was done quickly.
Max did a great job in Service. He is a good and through advisor. Always great service from Bob Grimm Chevrolet. I highly recommend them.
Service department was able to perform unscheduled service the same day the failure occurred. I was given a loaner vehicle while repairs were being done. Part required was in stock, and vehicle was returned same day. Special thanks to Sara for expediting the process.
