Service department was able to perform unscheduled service the same day the failure occurred. I was given a loaner vehicle while repairs were being done. Part required was in stock, and vehicle was returned same day. Special thanks to Sara for expediting the process.

Sara the service advisor was incredible. The EV technician actually knows what they were doing, so they arranged for me to have a loaner for the day while I got all the updates.
