Fellow drafter and designers beware of this company. I do not recommend working for this company. Not only did the owner John tell me he fired a new employee only three weeks of working for him but he literally hung up on me in the middle of a phone interview without any explanation of the scope of the job. Had Bob Grant Construction do our medical office renovation. I have been very satisfied with the whole process. They were quick to provide a quote. Costs were very reasonable. They had the project completed faster than I was anticipating. They were very easy to work with as we added many last minute alterations. Honestly the work they did was better than I was expecting. Integrity and honesty are not words that are often used with contractors, but I can not say enough about the genuine people that work on BGCI. It starts with Mr. Slingluff, who keeps his word, and brings his humility and honesty to every project. Its easy to find contractors to do the work, but it's tough to find one that can do the work, get the work done on time, and have the integrity needed to honor commitments and really provide a top notch customer experieince. Oh yea, BGCI does amazing work.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Their professionalism is nothing I have ever experienced before, and their time and devotion to our project has meant the world to us as we began our journey creating a custom home with them. I obviously can't speak for some of the users with negative reviews, but I cannot imagine that ever happening at Bob Grant.
