Goertz Auto is always the auto repair shop I recommend to everyone. Bob and crew have taken care of my vehicles for over ten years, and have done an excellent job! I take my vehicles in for service, and they have also replaced a transmission in one of my Explorers. I would not go anywhere else!
Poor quality service, bad recommendations, horrible customer service. My car broke down so I had it towed to Goertz because it was close to my gf's house. The car needed major engine work. After the repair, while going to pick up my kids for visitation, the car broke down. I had to get it towed back to Goertz, losing several hours of time with my kids.
