The Bob Garrett Services team of James Harmeling and his colleague Chris installed a Generac generator and necessary components at our house yesterday. They did an outstanding job in every respect!! We contracted with Bob Garrett Services to have a Generac whole house generator installed. The company communicated up to the minute status of the installation teams arrival, which included photos and names of the installers. The communication was excellent. The team, which included Sam and Travis Christian, and Chris Lee, were courteous, professional, polite and personable. This was an amazing experience. Our heat pump stopped working (it was old and expected). They sent a person out (Shaun Scott) on short notice to review options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions so we could make the best decision for us. Our installation was done by David and Henry. I had a great experience with Bob Garrett Services. Dler Anwar completed our final inspection and drywall work, and everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. He was thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was up to standard. The communication was smooth, and the job was completed on time. I’m very satisfied with the overall service and would highly recommend them!
Highly recommend! We had to have one of our HVAC systems replaced, and had such a great experience from start to finish.
