Ian serviced and fixed our generator a few weeks ago. So far, 34+ hours and counting without power from the ice storm, and the Generac generator is working well. Thankful for Ian, his professionalism, patience in answering our questions, clear explanations, and most of all, his successful repair! We are safely at home and warm. Jon came out to give us a quote and discuss our placement options for a new generator. He was polite, patient with our questions, and promptly sent me a quote, which we accepted. When the date for the installation came, a very professional crew showed up as promised and installed the generator. The installers were very friendly, and took extra time to show me the features and best practices for the unit. I had them out for an install yesterday (11/13). I'm,admittedly, a very picky person. They exceeded my expectations. They took the time to answer questions and with me looking over their shoulders from time to time. They had to do some digging that wasn't in the plans originally and they didn't hesitate to do it. They were very neat and clean with the job. My house is by no means a mansion or expensive but they treated like it was. Cleaned up the job site and put down grass seed and straw.
