The Bob Garrett Services team of James Harmeling and his colleague Chris installed a Generac generator and necessary components at our house yesterday. They did an outstanding job in every respect!! James did all of the outside/inside electrical work, and Chris did the propane tanks and gas line hook ups. Their professionalism, courteous demeanor, and attention to detail was superb. This was an amazing experience. Our heat pump stopped working (it was old and expected). They sent a person out (Shaun Scott) on short notice to review options. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions so we could make the best decision for us. Our installation was done by David and Henry. I was referred to this great company from Kim Thomas. Our salesman Nelson Methene was excellent and explained the process, answered all questions and was thorough about the entire process. He explained the pros and cons of the 2 major generator options which made the decision making process very easy. I had a great experience with Bob Garrett Services. Dler Anwar completed our final inspection and drywall work, and everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. He was thorough, efficient, and made sure everything was up to standard. The communication was smooth, and the job was completed on time. I’m very satisfied with the overall service and would highly recommend them!
Barry Dooley came out today to replace the Expansion Tank on my water heater and also added a PRV to my water line. He explained what he did and was very efficient. He was real neat and didn’t make a mess. He got the job done and I am very pleased. I would recommend his services to anyone. He is nice and polite and very friendly.
