I would absolutely NEVER hire this company again! I was told 1-2 day installation it has been almost 2 weeks! Jon has given me 6 dates and times for completion and has yet to show or call! One guy showed up this morning looked around and left!!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!
Colin came to do maintenance on our generator today. He did a fantastic job. He didn’t mind me asking questions and showing me the parts he replaced. He was very thorough and made sure all was clean when putting up. I told him I will be looking forward to seeing him next year on schedule. I love my Generac and thank Bob Garrett Services.
They have always been prompt, well-dressed, polite and efficient. Colin came by today and serviced my generator and answered my questions. I've had my generator for about 7 years and they've done a fantastic job. Colin is an asset to your company. Thanks for the great service!
