This doctor is impossible to get ahold off. Never returns phone calls, his nurses report that he is far to busy to talk to actual patients.
I called Dr williams office in an acute state of Panic with suicidal thoughts! I asked to please, please speak with Dr William. I was then placed on hold for eleven minutes and 35 seconds, then I was told the doctor was with patients and far to busy to talk with a suicidal patient and I should call a friend or go to the emergency room. Then I was Hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. William is outstanding! He cares about the whole you. He genuinely cares and takes the time to get to know you. I highly recommend him! My wife and I both have him as our Dr. and we both think he is great! Not enough adjectives to describe his great care and diligence!
Well I am a new patient and have scheduled an appt with Dr William, I have yet to see him. Twice I've received calls from his office 2 months in advance of my appt saying the Dr needs to reschedule. I'm done will be looking for someone I can depend on.
Dr William is great. Very down to earth guy. Understands we might all have some bad habits but works with those instead of just telling you to stop doing them which is sometimes unrealistic. Very knowledgeable and even prescribed my girlfriend something for her skin that worked better than what our dermatologist prescribed. I have been with Dr William for 5 years now and think he is great. I have had over 10 different family medicine doctors in my adult life, and Dr William easily #1!
This was my first and last visit with Dr. Williams. I went in for an annual physical. The Dr. spent about 10-15 minutes with me and billed for an additional office visit ($116 after insurance write off) which has never happened with any other doctor.
Dr. William is the best doctor I have ever had (and I have been exposed to quite a few due to several medical issues ever since I was a small child). He is completely genuine, takes time to really listen to you and makes you feel like a family member, and not just a customer like some doctors do. I trust him with my health, and my daughter's. He is a great physician.
