I absolutely love working with Bob Fuller’s office. I’ve had them for 15+ years and don’t plan to change that. They make the insurance process easy and understandable and treat you like a human and not just a number. Highly recommend!
Great customer service.
Went to get a policy. Was before 5, not much mind you but still B4 5pm. I got told they only do new policies by phone. Call tomorrow. After was left outside, not long but needed ins & women told me to call someone else next day. I'd drive few more mins up street to other state farm office. This one doesn't seem to want to deal with customers or potential customers. Only 2 starts& that's being nice, personally I wouldn't give them any, just for all the hassles. And we we're well out of the covid stage & mandatory masks in pub... read more
