Went to get a policy. Was before 5, not much mind you but still B4 5pm. I got told they only do new policies by phone. Call tomorrow. After was left outside, not long but needed ins & women told me to call someone else next day. I'd drive few more mins up street to other state farm office. This one doesn't seem to want to deal with customers or potential customers. Only 2 starts& that's being nice, personally I wouldn't give them any, just for all the hassles. It is such a pleasure working with the staff at Bob Fuller’s State Farm Insurance Company. I needed an auto quote the day I called because my insurance was running out that evening and the renewal rate had gone up about $500 for the year without any accidents or tickets! I left a message and Carrie called me back within 5 minutes. Her guidance with the insurance I needed along with the fabulous price is why I give this agency 5 stars.
